Growing up in West Virginia’s Eastern Panhandle, Trinity Lee spent her childhood traveling and exploring the outdoors, developing a deep appreciation for nature and animals. Those experiences fostered a lifelong passion for protecting and restoring the environment while connecting people to the places they call home. Trinity is dedicated to empowering the next generation of environmental leaders and helping create a more resilient Chesapeake Bay watershed.

As Capacity Building Projects Coordinator at the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay, Trinity works to strengthen the environmental workforce by building partnerships with colleges and universities across the watershed. She supports student engagement, mentors interns, and collaborates with educators, community partners, and Alliance staff to expand pathways into green careers through project coordination and relationship building.

Trinity holds two associate degrees in Environmental Science Technology and Applied Laboratory Technology, with experience in watershed restoration, green infrastructure, volunteer engagement, and nonprofit capacity building. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her three dogs, traveling, and experiencing different cultures through food, whether trying new restaurants or recreating dishes in her own kitchen.
