Sam currently works as a Forests Projects Field Specialist in the Alliance’s Lancaster office. He grew up in Milwaukee Wisconsin, and graduated from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point with a bachelors in Forestry. Before joining the Alliance Sam worked as an Outreach Forester for the Otsego Conservation District in Michigan. In this role Sam connected with private landowners to assist them in getting enrolled in government programs, connect with contractors, and better understand their land. In Sam’s spare time he likes to rock climb both indoors and outdoors.
