Strategic Plan

Building upon our five decades of leading and supporting restoration projects across our watershed, the Board and staff of the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay developed a Strategic Plan to focus our efforts and clearly define our collective impact.

Guided by Due East Partners, our planning process began with a comprehensive Growth Capacity Assessment, which gathered input from nearly 270 internal and external constituents through surveys and interviews.

Alliance Board of Directors Adopt Diversity and Inclusion Resolution

In January 2017, our Board of Directors adopted a Resolution on Building a Culture of Diversity and Inclusion. This Resolution led to the Alliance establishing a staff-led Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice (DEIJ) team that same year, with the full support of  the Alliance’s leadership and our Board of Directors.
