The Annapolis Baygrass Music Festival is a vibrant celebration of community, conservation, and connection. Taking place on the shores of the Chesapeake at Sandy Point State Park, Baygrass brings together a rich blend of music rooted in progressive bluegrass, Americana, and improvisational jam.
With the motto, “Every Jam Saves the Bay,” Baygrass is about more than just the music. Baygyrass actively engages, funds, and advocates for the protection of the Chesapeake Bay and promotes mental health awareness. A portion of Baygrass’s revenue directly benefits the Alliance and other local nonprofit organizations.
Listed as a “Don’t-Miss Bay Music Festival” by Chesapeake Bay Magazine, this is a family-friendly festival that draws people from all over the country and the region to enjoy the unique beachfront destination.
