Rachel is a strategic sustainability leader with over 25 years of international experience in mitigating non-financial risk and advancing environmental initiatives across global supply chains. She has a proven track record in developing enterprise-wide sustainability strategies and implementing scalable processes that enhance business resilience.
Her subject matter expertise spans climate risk mitigation, Scope 1–3 emissions reduction, and water resource management. Rachel is a seasoned leader of large, cross-functional teams and a trusted business partner, adept at navigating complex multi-stakeholder environments and influencing executive decision-making at Fortune 500 scale.
Originally from England, Rachel and her family lived in the Netherlands before settling in Hummelstown, PA. She and her husband—an R&D engineer—are raising two elementary-age children and share a love for sailing, kayaking, hiking, and all things water-related. They also enjoy international travel and exploring new cultures together.
