Rachel joined the Alliance in 2025 as a PA Agricultural Projects Associate. Originally from Lancaster, PA, she could not help but observe the farming community around her and wanted to become more involved.

Rachel attended Skidmore College, where she graduated in the Spring of 2023 with a BA in Environmental Science. While at Skidmore, she was involved in soil sampling and reporting soil carbon data back to interested landowners. After college, Rachel worked in organic grain production research.

She has an interest in agricultural practices that improve soil health and water quality for farms and the communities surrounding them. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys hiking, cooking, and swimming.
