Want to learn more about rain barrel installations in DC? Join the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay and DC Department of Energy and Environment for their bi-annual Rain Barrel Training on Tuesday, April 27 from 1 – 3:30pm. The FREE virtual training will introduce participants to the RiverSmart Homes Rain Barrel program, the importance of rain barrels, and the requirements to become a contractor in the program. We hope to help trainees enhance their understanding of green infrastructure and provide them with the skills to become rain barrel installers when contractor slots open.
