Roanoke Street Tree Planting and Trash Clean Up

On Friday, March 6th the Alliance is hosting a tree planting in South Richmond. With the help of volunteers from Capital One’s Green Team and others, we will be planting 20-30 street trees along E. Roanoke Street, south of Midlothian Turnpike, in Richmond, VA. Volunteers will dig holes, plant the trees, and apply mulch.

Each tree will require 2-3 volunteers. A trash cleanup of the surrounding neighborhood will also take place.
