Hosted by the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay and Penn State Extension, the So You Want To Grow… Webinar Series is for anyone who wants to learn how to grow native trees and shrubs.

Topics to Be Covered

Each webinar will highlight different native tree or shrub species and include technical information on methods for germinating seeds and growing seedlings for conservation projects or your own backyard! Attendees will learn how to identify native trees and shrubs, their ecology, when and how to harvest their seeds for propagation, and the benefits that these plants provide to the ecosystem. You don’t need to be a seasoned grower or have a greenhouse to grow native trees and shrubs!
