Join the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay for an in-person walk around Landis Woods Park to learn how to identify trees during the winter. This event will cover all things you need to know about identifying trees during the winter- special attention will be given to bark and bud identification. The ID walk will take place at the Landis Woods Park (2369 Lititz Pike, Lancaster, PA 17601) and will be lead by Ryan Davis and Rob Frank from the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay. Join us if you’d like to learn other ways beyond a tree’s leaf to identify what species it is! Please dress warmly for the winter weather and wear appropriate outdoor hiking shoes.
