Congratulations to Les on your extremely well-deserved award! As an early career professional, I am so grateful to have the honor of working closely with Les. He has introduced me to the amazing world of local governance, constituent services, and legislation. His commitment to this work shines through every day, and I am constantly impressed by his eloquence, professionalism, curiosity, and work ethic. But most of all, as a new staff member, I appreciate the patience, respect, and recognition he has always given me. I know that Les has made a truly positive impact on both our watershed and the lives of all Marylanders (including my own!).
