The Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay (“Alliance”) is soliciting four separate bids from qualified and licensed professional landscape contractors to install best management practices (BMPs) at one or multiple partner locations in the District of Columbia through the District Department of Energy & Environment’s RiverSmart Communities Grant Program:

• Installation of permeable interlocking pavers
