Registration for the 2019 Chesapeake Watershed Forum is now closed!

No on-site or late registration available.

How much does it cost to attend the Forum?

Friday Commuter (meals only), Saturday on-site lodging and meals $185
One Day (Saturday lodging and meals) $125

Do I need to make a lodging reservation at the National Conservation Training Center (NCTC)?

Lodging room reservation (if applicable) at NCTC is made through the Forum online registration process. Any reservation made directly with NCTC will be cancelled by the Forum registrar.

Are there scholarships available to cover the registration fees?

The scholarship application process has now closed. We are no longer accepting scholarship requests at this time.

What about Friday night lodging?

If you are an attendee staying offsite but in the Shepherdstown area on Friday night, go to this link for hotels. Also check online for hotels near Martinsburg, WV or Hagerstown, MD.

What is the Night Owl lodging option?

Some of the best ideas, discussions, and friendships are forged after the bar is closed. The night owl lodge is for those individuals who like to stay up late to network in the lodge lounge.

I am a sponsor, speaker, or planning team member. Where should I register?

Can one walk-in and register the day of the event?

Sorry, walk-ins are not allowed. NCTC is a federally secured facility. Everyone must register in advance (guest names are needed for the list, as well) in order to gain access through the NCTC security.

May I bring my pet animal with me?

Pets are not allowed on the NCTC property, however, a dog certified as a service animal is allowed.

Is a wellness room available at NCTC?

Yes, a wellness/lactation room is available for use at NCTC. Please contact Rebecca at chesforum@allianceforthebay.org with additional questions.

When does registration close?

Registration closed Wednesday, October 9, 2019. If paying by check, payment should be received by Friday, October 18, 2019 5 pm EST.
