Baileigh joined the team in the summer of 2025 as a Soil Health Specialist. Based out of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, she provides soil health support across the watershed to corporate partners and farmers, primarily within the dairy supply chain. In addition to her core soil health work, she supports regenerative agriculture programs focused on water quality, biodiversity, and climate.

Originally from Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Baileigh developed a strong appreciation for nature and agriculture early on, which led her to pursue a career in soil science. She holds a B.S. in Plant Science with a focus in Agroecology, a minor in Environmental Soil Science, and a certificate in Agricultural Conservation and Stewardship from Penn State University. She also earned an M.S. in Plant and Soil Sciences from the University of Delaware, where her thesis research focused on soil health in rice production.

Outside of work, Baileigh enjoys exploring local cafés, festivals, and antique stores, and spending time with her husband and their three cats.
