Jimmy was hired as the Finance Director in July 2021. In this role, Jimmy is responsible for the oversight of all finance, accounting, and reporting activities at the Alliance. Jimmy oversees the Finance Department, works closely with the Alliance’s Board of Directors’ Finance Committee and Chief Operating Officer, and supports the organization’s growing 50+ professional staff in financial-related tasks.

Prior to joining the Alliance, Jimmy spent the previous 8 years of his career working in public accounting focused on audit and attestation services for various types of clients, including federally funded nonprofit organizations. He graduated with a Bachelors of Arts degree from McDaniel College in 2013 and subsequently obtained his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in 2015. Jimmy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA). Jimmy is a member of the 2021 class of Leadership Anne Arundel’s Flagship Program and currently serves as a Director on the Board of Arundel Lodge, Inc. and Charting Careers, Inc.

During his free time, Jimmy enjoys spending time around Baltimore City, working on various home improvement projects, playing and watching sports, and hanging out with friends and family.
