Marvin is a Partner in PwC’s National Cyber, & Regulatory Practice, with over 35 years of experience leading internal audit engagements, financial statement audits, enterprise risk management, and SOX-related engagements. He brings a unique and diversified perspective having worked in several high-risk industries (Real Estate, Professional Services, Financial Services, Technology, Health Care, Aerospace & Defense and Industrial Products). He leads engagements for large and middle market clients. Marvin is also a frequent advisor to C-Suite Executives, Boards and Audit Committees.

Marvin has led the PwC Firm Internal Audit function, which included managing a National and Global team. Responsibilities included:

  • Overseeing the operational and IT operations of the internal audit function
  • Developing and executing a 18 month risk based audit plan
  • Overseeing the testing requirements for the firms ICFR and Quality Management System

He is committed to building and maturing client relationships at all levels of an organization and bringing the Firm’s best resources to assist Clients in addressing their current and emerging risks. Marvin has been a client, an internal auditor, a financial statement auditor, a consultant, and a Regulator. In addition, he has worked for CFOs in several organizations, supporting the preparation and publishing of financial statements.

Marvin is also a retired Marine Corps Reserve Officer having served over 23 years.
